By downloading or using the SinoSpark application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal devices for educational and learning purposes.

3. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Some features within SinoSpark may require a premium subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are handled securely via your respective App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. AI-Generated Content

SinoSpark uses artificial intelligence to generate conversations, grade pronunciation, and translate text. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. SinoSpark is not liable for misunderstandings arising from AI translations.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service.
